Frequently asked questions
The venue, Vail Village, is open to the public. This includes children and pets. Only those who are 21+ with a valid ID, ticket, and wristband may sample at the Vail Craft Beer Classic.
Over 100 different beer and spirit samples will be showcased over the Classic weekend.
Food trucks will be available to pay as you go during the Friday & Saturday Tastings.

We recommend using Vail’s free bus system, but if you drive, the fee-based Vail Parking Structures will be your best option. Please visit www.vail.gov/parking for more information.
Headlining bands are performing on Friday and Saturday at the Classic.
Like any concert or sporting event, no refunds will be given if you are unable to make it to the event. In some instances, we will be able to assist verifying third-party sellers and buyers.
We will do our best to run the event as planned. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine, just like a sporting event or concert. The mountain outdoors can be unpredictable in the summer so dress accordingly.
Vail has many options available to help you get around during your stay. There is a FREE transit bus/shuttle service that will take you directly to Vail Village.

ACCESS YOUR TICKETS
You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes from squadup@t.squadup.com with your receipt and PDF Ticket(s) attached. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if it does not appear. If you selected Mobile Ticket delivery, you will also receive a text with a link to download your Mobile Ticket(s).
- PDF Tickets: Download and print your ticket(s) from the PDF(s) attatched to the confirmation email OR display your PDF ticket(s) on your phone upon arriving at the event.
- Mobile Tickets: If selected at checkout, download and save each ticketin your mobile wallet via the link sent to you as a text message.

Unless otherwise noted, this event is 21+ only (no infants, strollers, carriers etc). Please leave pets at home with the exception of service animals.
By entering the event, you grant permission to the Vail Craft Beer Classic the rights to photographs and/or video images taken of me, for the purpose of publication, promotion, advertising etc. in any manner or in any medium and release Team Player Productions for all claims and liability relating to said images or video.
