Jeremy Campbell has worked in the hospitality industry for 26 years and has over decade of  experience as a Sommelier and wine director. Jeremy is an advanced sommelier through the Court of  Master Sommeliers and passed the theory portion of the master exam in 2016. He is currently pursuing the last two sections of the rigorous master exam with hopes of completing it in 2017. Jeremy is the owner and beverage director of Mbar in Portland Oregon and co-owner and beverage director of Root & Flower in Vail Colorado. Wine and spirits are his passion which shows through his personal continuous education, and as his role as a teacher and mentor to others.

Jeff Brown joined the brewery in 1991. He’s been a beer fan since his first brewery tour in Florida at the age of five.  In 1982 his Boulder restaurant was one of the original sponsors of the 1st GABF (Great American Beer Fest).

When away from the brewery you may find Jeff cruising singletrack trails, racing cyclocross or chasing the pack in a local crit.  When he isn’t pedaling a bike he enjoys traveling, cooking and hiking with his wife Michelle and their dog, Pancho Villa.

Brandon has walked a winding path in the industry, but it has now brought him to Colorado and he couldn’t be happier crafting amazing beers with a talented team as the Brewing Manager at Great Divide Brewing Co. Brandon is a UC Davis Master Brewers Program graduate and has worked at North Coast Brewing Co., Oakshire Brewing Co., and Stone Brewing Co.

Carol Cochran owns Horse & Dragon Brewing Company in Fort Collins, CO with her husband, Tim.  Opening its doors on May 1, 2014 was the result of 20+ years of dreaming and 2 years of hard work.  With great beer and great people, she hopes to continue creating happy craft beer experiences that bring people together and appreciates that the brewery is able to support community in Fort Collins and beyond.
