Colorado’s top breweries and beer enthusiasts come together in Vail Village at the Vail Craft Beer Classic for the most adventurous craft beer event of the summer. Take in the scenic views of Vail while you immerse yourself in hop-culture. Live music, food trucks, and bar stands are available at the festival!
Attendees can taste between hundreds of beers and vote for the Best Beer of Summer. The breweries will taste others’ beers and vote for the Brewer’s Choice winner. The winning breweries in each category will receive the first place prize – the Vail Craft Beer Classic tap handle for Best Beer of Summer.

PARKING – We recommend an alternative to driving but if you do, the free public Vail Village lot will be your best option.
PUBLIC TRANSIT – Vail has an extensive free bus system that will drop you off at the parking garage. View bus maps here.
LEAVE YOUR CAR AT HOME OPTIONS – Leave the driving to someone else by using transit options such as Bustang or Pegasus, which can take you from Denver Union Station or the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood to the Vail Transit Center in Vail Village. Once you arrive, use the Free Town of Vail Bus or the Shift Bike (shift-bike.com) program to get around. You can reach the event from anywhere in the Vail Valley by taking ECO Transit. The venue, Vail Village, is open to the public. This includes children and pets. Only those who are 21+ with a valid ID, ticket, and wristband may sample at the Vail Craft Beer Classic.
Over 75 different beer and spirit samples will be showcased over the Classic weekend.
Food trucks will be available to pay as you go during the Friday & Saturday Tastings.

We recommend using Vail’s free bus system. You can find parking in the Vail Village welcome center. Please note that parking is limited and fills up quickly.

Headlining bands are performing on Friday and Saturday at the Classic.
Like any concert or sporting event, no refunds will be given if you are unable to make it to the event. In some instances, we will be able to assist verifying third-party sellers and buyers.
We will do our best to run the event as planned. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine, just like a sporting event or concert. The mountain outdoors can be unpredictable in the summer so dress accordingly.
Vail has many options available to help you get around during your stay. There is a FREE transit bus/shuttle service that will take you directly to Vail Village.
